How We Share Information

Service Providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors).
Advertising Partners (Meta/Facebook) — when you complete a subscription, we share that a conversion occurred along with the subscription price, so we can measure and improve our ad campaigns.
Legal Authorities when required by law.
Business Successors in mergers or acquisitions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

These Terms govern your access to and use of KeerenMuseum.com. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You sign in using email-only authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your email.
You must not share or misuse login links.

Use of the Services

Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services.
Do not attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
Do not use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Billing and Payment

Access to the Services is provided on a recurring subscription basis, billed automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and update your payment method, from your account page at any time.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend access until the payment method is updated.

Intellectual Property

All content on KeerenMuseum.com is owned by the Museum or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute it without permission.

Termination

We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
We may suspend access for non-payment.
You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
